Great overall stay with just one issue. Breakfast was great but I observed guest taking dirty plates back to the buffet for 2nds. Which to me is a no-no. Please moving forward allowing this..

The Windsor California hotel in Copacabana is absolutely amazing. The receptionist Mayra Dias was great with communication, helpful with recommendations, professional & warm. The rest of the staff was very respectful & helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hospitality room which I used before I traveled back was exactly what I needed. I'll surely be back here!

The location is perfect! You’ll be right in the middle of Copacabana beach. Shopping and restaurants are one block away in any direction. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a room with a balcony. The views of the water are spectacular! Check in and check out are easy and they will accommodate early check in if they have the room. Overall, one of the best hotels on Copacabana Beach!
