Natalia was an amazing front desk lady. Always helpful very knowledgeable of best restaurants and parades. She stood out with her kindness. We enjoyed the pool, the staff upstairs and wonderful view of the beach. Highly recommend this property!!!

This hotel is one of my favorites in Rio. Highly recommend it! Thank you for such friendly and efficiently crew! Not my first time here and I will come back many times!

The location was great, across the street from Copacabana beach. The rooms are older and in need of repairs, one elevator was not working. We had a red eye flight and the staff was not considerate at all, I asked if I can do early check in but I had to wait till after 3pm.

A friendly hotel, with very helpful staff and a great breakfast buffet. My only criticism is the lack of shade by the rooftop pool - the sun loungers need to offer the option of shade

Pleasant modern hotel in quiet seafront location

Pleasant hotel in quieter location on oceanfront. Spectacular views from roof top bar . Rooms are big if a bit basic ( there’s no balcony for example) and too much brown furniture but that’s not a deal breaker. Would recommend

Great hotel only let down by reception red tape

A great hotel , great facilities and rooms large and appointed well. Nice rooftop pool area and bar/ restaurant. The only negative I have is the time to using to get to reception 4 people were working hard but the length of time for individuals to check in and out was 20 minutes a person and I have no idea why !
