Upon arrival our names and vehicle information werent on entry list to property. After 3 calls we were able to contact host. Property for the most part was clean and had every appliance needed to include washer and dryer. Upon inspection of upper floor bathroom i found a crack and unevenness in tub and broken drawers i took photos and and sent to host so that he was made aware and didnt use bathroom as there were 2 other downstairs what i thought was minor inconvenience. The restaurants on property were limited and food choice were not anything different that we could have not gotten locally. One restaurant in fact you had to travel over dirt road to get to. Beach access and pool were limited to certain areas which was not presented when renting property. Only after a couple days did i find out that was being charged 300.00 for tub damage which identified to host upon my arrival. I have disputed charge with my credit card company as i beleive owners knew of damage just wanted someone else to pay for maintenance.
