The entire first floor is fully equipped with a brand-new kitchen featuring modern appliances, a spacious deck with a BBQ area, TV, and WiFi access, along with a pool table and game room. The living area is generously sized and provides easy access to our lighted pier and private boat slips. This space includes 4 bedrooms and 2 recently renovated bathrooms, complete with central AC provided by 2 units. Spanning 2400 square feet, it comfortably accommodates 9-10 guests, with a minimum stay of 2 nights required. Please note: There may be other guests staying upstairs on the second level. Bedroom configuration includes 3 rooms each furnished with 2 full-size beds, and one room equipped with 3 full-size beds. Both bathrooms are newly refurbished and feature spacious walk-in showers.
