Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! There were ants in the room and mold on the walls. And we get a message at 0905am asking when we were checking out! Very poor customer service!

The room is in a nice location in Riomaggiore. The view was sensational and what drew us in. The bed was very comfy & check-in remote was very easy too and lots of information provided. I wouldn’t class it as luxury though; the doorbell was smashed in, the amenities inside were damaged or broken too - the kettle was broken, the notch for the fridge was broken, the fridge door didn’t open etc. So we were disappointed with this given how much we spent on this stay.
