Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a 12' by 40' air conditioned modular home with one bedroom. There is a pocket door so another sleeping area on the other end. There is a bunkie with one queen & bunk beds. Ample parking (a trailer could also be parked here however no septic drain).

2. only hypo allergenic pets allowed as we have asthmatic guests with allergies.
