High Swetton Barn is situated just 500 metres from Kirkby Malzeard Moor and is a fantastic location for hiking, walking, cycling and horse riding (you can bring your horse with you as stabling/grazing is available at extra cost), as well as being centrally located for the towns of Ripon, Harrogate, York and Leeds.

Featuring 3 separate large double bedrooms, the master bedroom upstairs which contains a king size bed and a sofa bed with it's own en suite and with the other two bedrooms on the ground floor with a separate bathroom.

The property also features:
A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/ freezer, a large lounge diner with exceptional views of the stunning countryside, and a fenced secure patio area for pets.

We also have a stable complex should you wish to bring your horse(s) and a 2 acre paddock available at an extra cost.

The property is extremely quiet yet only two miles from the village of Kirkby Malzeard with a village shop, tea rooms and a fish and chip shop as well as a local pub and butchers shop.
