Historical farmhouse "Messern", 4 storeys, built in 1819, renovated in 2023. In the centre of Rittersdorf 5 km from the centre of Bitburg, 34 m from the centre of Trier, in a central position. In the complex: storage room for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 3.8 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "nach Bitburg" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, chair lift 29 km. Nearby attractions: Burg Rittersberg 250 m, Bitburg er Erlebniswelt (Brauerei) 9 km, Eifelpark Gondorf 13 km, Irrler Wasserfälle 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Stausee Bitburg 8 km. Please note: car recommended. The former farmhouse has been lovingly and extensively restored. The old masonry, partially original wooden floors and beautiful wall tiles were incorporated into the renovation.
