Não indico para ninguém, horrível.

O quarto tem mais de 50 anos eu acho, péssimo, cheiro ruim, banheiro muito antigo, as fotos não mostram o hotel, levei outro casal junto e o quarto deles era do mesmo nível inclusive nós dois tivemos que trocar de quarto. Não indico para ninguém.

Recepção muito boa. Atendimento quase pessoal. Restaurante e café com opções muito boas. Almoço executivo bem preparado. O que mais gostei foi o restaurante à noite com parrilla típica uruguaia com tangos de Gardel (uruguaio) e Le Pera (brasileiro), além de outros. Muito bem cantados e com criativa solução de acompanhamento musical eletrônico e linda performance de bailarinos inclusivos.

Hotel cómodo, cerca de todo, habitaciones limpias, muy buen desayuno, personal amable. Los baños están un poco viejos, necesitarían una remodelación, pero nada que impida un buen descanso, en Rivera es una muy buena opción a un precio accesible.

Nada demais, a foto do anúncio definitivamente não representava o hotel. Quarto antigo, com acabamento péssimo, banheiro era encardido. Hotel que poderia ser bom se fosse mais bem cuidado. Acredito que existem opções melhores pelo valor que foi pago. Definitivamente não recomendo.

Localização excelente, ao redor dos principais free shops do lado uruguaio. Bom café da manhã. Quarto adequado para uma ou duas noites. Atendimento cordial e ágil. Banheiro e portas dos quartos poderiam receber uma pequena reforma. Estacionamento bem localizado na frente do hotel, fechado, mas sem cobertura. No geral, muito bom hotel para viagem de compras.

La limpieza es óptima, la atención del personal es excelente. Las habitaciones no son de buena calidad, principalmente el baño. El estacionamiento está afuera del hotel y hay que bajarse del auto y cruzar para pedir que lo abran.

la experiencia no fue buena, hicimos reserva de una habitacion con cama de matrimonio, nos dieron una habitacion con camas separadas, pedimos el cambio, se hizo, pero la habitacion nueva sin bidet, sin toallas para el baño (las pedimos y las trajeron), mal presentada la habitación, las cortinas sucias, en fin decepcionante ese servicio.

Decepção total!

Achei uma grande enganação as fotos. hotel velho, de nuevo, só qdo foi construído. Nunca vi elevador com maçaneta de porta comum! Banheiro com descarga de cordinha ainda.... domingo a tarde, Igreja ao lado com seus cânticos de louvor até 20:00! O que se salvou foi a cama e um chuveiro, fininho mas quente. Realmente um absurdo cobrar uma tarifa daquelas por aquilo. E se não fosse a compreensão de nossas colocações, pelo Mateus da recepção, teríamos pago mais U$ 8,00 pelo estacionamento!!!! Acredito que a proprietária do Hotel pagou pelas pessoas que "elogiaram" aquelas ruínas.... Deve fazer uns 6 anos que não dão manutenção. Quadros de força abertos, mangueiras de incêndio carcomidas, carpete velho, realmente um desgosto. Não próximo ficaremos em Santa do Livramento.

Hotel muito velho.

Hotel velho, com mobília velha. O quarto que estávamos era limpo. Apenas um elevador que dava medo tamanho mal estado geral. Funcionários educado e café da manhã muito bom. A única vantagem do hotel é sua localização e o café. Preço caríssimo por aquilo que oferece. Se vai as compras e quer ficar bem localizado escolha esse hotel. Se suas prioridades são conforto, mobiliário dentre outros não vá.

Ótima estadia

Atendimento muito bom, falam português, tem garagem no outro lado da rua, o café da manhã é completíssimo e muito bom e a Localização é perto dos Free Shops, fizemos tudo a pé. Única surpresa que tive foi que eles não aceitam nenhum cartão de crédito, pagamento somente em dinheiro, o que me fez ir até Livramento (que é super perto) para sacar.

Apesar do nome, o hotel é bem antigo. Minha sorte que não tinha muitos hóspedes, já que de dois elevadores, um estava em manutenção...no sabado, meu último dia mto movimento, congestionou. Mas, o que não gostei mesmo, só selecionei nos filtros, Wi-Fi e estacionamento, o estacionamento me foi cobrado a parte.

Ubicacion y atencion bien!!!

La atencion muy buena de parte del personal Lo negativo que en el precio no esta el importe del estacionamiento Tambien lo negativo es que me dieron habitacion superior sin haberlo solicitado y me cobraron mas por dicha habitacion cuando no lo habia pedido
