First, we were very disappointed of the room that was provided to us (open layout with an adjoining door). We asked to be moved but were told there were none available. We booked our reservation through Expedia a month before so we expected to get the room we requested.
Staff were not very friendly, which includes at check-in and in the kitchen area. Also, the breakfast area was dirty/messy and coffee was empty.
The maintenance ladies cleaning the rooms were super friendly and helpful, which made our experience a little better.
Another drawback was that only one elevator was working during our whole stay.
We stay at this Hampton Inn every year but after this experience we will be looking for a different hotel.
