I tried to set up a getaway for my girlfriend for the night I paid for it on Expedia and when I signed in to the hotel, I put my debit card down for incidentals. When my girlfriend went there, they told her they would let her have the room because she wasn’t the onewith the credit card She left crying please take care of this. I’m gonna have to file bad charges against you with my bank.

Room was somewhat noisy. We didn’t like the bright automatic light that flips on in the bathroom. A bathmat had a small stain spot and so did one bedcover. Refrig was noisy. Lamps were not plugged in.

We had bugs in the bathroom. The property needs a lot of work. The carpet was filthy. The only good thing about this property was the very polite and friendly staff.

Major attitude from hotel, staff desk clerk

Overall, because of the last conversation I had with hotel desk staff I rate this is zero I did my best to check out the hotel after my week stay I asked for the check out. I was out of the room by 11:35 in the lobby with my luggage on the cart sick with my service dog waiting for my Uber to take me back to Palm Springs. This woman approached me and told me that I cannot have my luggage in the lobby. If I don’t hurry and get out of there, I’m gonna have to move it to the sidewalk and she continued to go on about her manager does not allow carts with luggage on them in the lobby

We loved the breakfast! Stayed with my husband and 3 smaller children. We were asked what floor we preferred when checking in. Staff was helpful and friendly. We stay every time we visit Moreno Valley and will continue to book here in the future.
