Ok stay but overpriced.

Have stayed at this hotel many times on an annual trip and have always been satisfied. The spa is great and restaurant always very good. However the price has been steadily going up year after year. My room was fine, bed was very comfortable which I always appreciate, however there was no fan in the bathroom so everything was steamed up after a shower, the bathtub didn’t drain, you had to hold the plug up, there were only decaffeinated coffee in my room but I was able to get a regular one off the cart outside. The room was hot when I arrived so I turned on the AC, it got to an acceptable temperature but never really got cool. This stay was definitely not worth the $345/night.

I'll pass next time

Its nice that the hotel has so many amenities but I dont think I'd stay here again. They dont have room service. You can't charge anything to your room. And the area is not BIPOC friendly. They stare at you if you're anything other than white.

If you have a pet you are sent to the not so nice area of the hotel. Paying $50 extra for a pet gets you the grossest room. No amenities. No room service, They try to make it it sound fancy, like, you get a private patio and parking spot. TV is French, not a smart tv. So can't even watch my own streaming apps. Toilet is a tight squeeze btw a wall and a bathtub, For the price, I expected a lot more.
