All windows have black out cellular shades. Full bathroom has a tile walk-in shower and great built- in storage cubbies. There is also a separate walk in closet with built-in shelves, rods and drawers. The apartment is on the second floor of the detached garage in the rear of the property.

Guests have full use of the studio apartment and outdoor parking on site. Please note that the empty lots nearby, the main house behind, and main house patio areas are all off-limits to guests.
