Important Pre-Check-In Requirements

Although your booking is made through Airbnb, we operate our own business systems and all guests must complete our mandatory pre-check-in procedures prior to arrival, regardless of booking platform.

After booking, you will receive a message via Airbnb with a link to your guest portal, where you must:
• Complete the online check-in form
• Sign the rental agreement
• Provide a payment method for a £100 refundable security deposit (taken as a hold 2 days before arrival)

Check-in information and access details will not be released until all steps are completed. The deposit hold is automatically released after departure, provided no issues or damages occur.

These requirements apply to all guests without exception. Failure to complete them will result in access not being granted.

The Yurt Den @ The Outside Inn offers its guests a hot tub and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
