We stayed at the property for the week we spent at the Mayo Clinic. It was a great location - only a few blocks from the clinic. The property was clean, very quiet, and communications with the host were very good. Another consideration in choosing this property was the handicap accessibility to the building and in one of the bathrooms.

Wonderful stay in Rochester Minn. Mayo Clinic

Great place! Very close to Mayo Clinic. You can walk. Great restaurant's near by. Very safe neighborhood. Very safe building. Got great help from Black Swan Co. especially Natashia and Isaiah.

Top notch amenities and location

This condo unit is wonderful! Many little touches were considered from soft blankets to supplies to make a stay comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants, a food coop and easy access to Mayo. Underground parking and building amenities are added plus’s. (Be mindful the assigned parking spot is a tight fit for a larger profile vehicle.) Unit was clean, decor lovely and communication was timely. We would stay again-and hope to-without reservation.
