Very modern and clean room, and it was nice and quiet. Excellent tv. I loved having four pillows and they were not flat or floppy. The blackout curtains were great. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! I liked the gluten free options. The eggs were tasty! Friendly staff. The negatives: not enough towels, towels were thin, rough, and some had stains. There was only a shower curtain --no liner--so the floor was a pool after my shower. The toilet didn't flush well. Check in was slow as it showed I already checked in and out when I only just arrived.

The walls are PAPER thin. I could hear the person next door snoring over the sound machine I turned on. I have never experienced such lack of soundproofing. I struggled to sleep as a result and the uncomfortable beds did not help. The staff however made the stay better. They were kind, thoughtful and went above and beyond.
