Stay away

Booked and paid for specifically 2 beds. Travel with my 15 year old daughter. Front desk argues with me that I only booked 1. Showed him the invoice and response was... Oh we have no more rooms. Not sorry, or I was wrong. Funny but two more families checked in after I raised my concern. Asked for a cot at least. Oh no, we can't for a cot in there. (He could have). Get to the room. Faucet drips but not bad enough to be a concern Main light fixture has 3 bulbs. Turn the switch off and 2 lights go dark but 1 stays lit? Annoying and potential electrical issue? I've been to "Budget" places and not taken time to review because I knew it would be dated and dinged up. For the price ($160) it was not budget and the service was some of lowest I've experienced.

At arrival was given room with 1 bed and had to go back downstairs to get correct room. Looks like they are trying to remodel but it’s very half a**ed. Rooms were clean for the most part. Luckily we only needed the room a short time. Didn’t even attempt to try the breakfast.

Nice stay near the airport

We had a very brief stay, as we headed straight from the airport late night and left the following morning. The airport shuttle from the hotel was very prompt and convenient. The breakfast had a variety and was pretty good.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned. Trash on the floor and the bed had not been made. Came back downstairs and no one at the desk. I called the hotel, no answer. Call corporate and they connected me to customer service - got a voicemail. Finally someone came back into the hotel. He apologized and gave me a different room. That one had construction supplies all over the floor. Called down, he came up and gave me a third room. Clean, but the lock looked like it was going to fall off the door and the sink was leaking. I stayed there because I was exhausted. Would not go back again.

Our stay at the Best Western at Rochester Airport was totally satisfactory. Check-in was smooth, our room was clean, and breakfast was efficient and satisfying.

It is very weird that I only seen Men working. Also when checking in the Man at the counter looks right pass me and asked the guy behind me how he could help him. I had to speak up and say no I am next as I was right in front of him. You can not walk the hall late or they will yell as I am a late night person not an early morning person. Breakfast is horrible and not much of an option. Does not have a pool.
