We have stayed here many years, last year there was no hot water in our room, told 3 people with nothing done and no one really seemed to care. Then we were double billed for both rooms, took several tries to get that resolved. Thought I'd give them another try because of years before everything was good. This year we checked in dropped our stuff in the room and immediately left to meet friends came back at midnight exhausted and pulled the extremely wrinkled comforter and sheet back only to find hairs and fuzzies in the bed. Went to the bathroom and found a used towel hanging on the back of the door. UGH Too tired to contact front desk at that time....should have because slept terrible thinking things were crawling on me.

The price was a little more than I would like to pay for the conditions of the place. It was pretty run down. But we needed a room that fit 5 people and wanted a pool. It was perfect for that. The bedding was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was ok, could have had more options, there wasn’t much that I liked. But I’m picky. The kids liked the waffle maker. The pool was nice, well taken care of and clean.

The pull out bed had blood stains on the mattress from a previous person. The front desk said they could not give us a new one.And when he came up to inspect it, he actually said, "oh this is one of the nicer looking ones". We were expected to make the bed ourselves.And they gave us an extra set of sheets, which were stained and torn. There were dead bugs on the carpet floor in our room. The carpets throughout the entire hotel were dirty and stained. The lobby was filthy when we arrived.

Absolutely satisfactory in every respect, except there is an unexpected $5 parking fee. I've never had that expense on a well known chain motel. That alone was disappointing.

This place is like a shelter. People live there. There are no cameras. Very un safe. Breakfast ran out in one hour. People was pulling up to breakfast that wasn’t staying at the hotel.

This was one of the best experiences we've had while traveling. Thick heavy door blocked out any possible noise while the room itself was clean and comfortable. Nice pool and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again and I do not say that about hotels very often. Great place!

There was a small leak behind the toilet. I told them about it, but nobody did anything. I wanted to use the hotel computer to check in for my flight and the front desk couldn’t tell me the password to use it. Front desk staff were very short, housekeeping was very friendly.

The Wi-Fi didint work the A.C didnt work even when they tolde they was going to send someone up to fix it nobody show up the phone in the room wasnt even connected and to top it off when i booking it thru ypur company it one $329 when i got there i was charge $369

Room smelled like smoke. AC filters were filthy so I cleaned them myself. Carpeting was filthy. Mold on ceiling. Side door to by stairwell was left open. It seems like workers were staying in rooms to sleep overnight. Breakfast was not opened at 6 AM as promised. No coffee was available. When breakfast was served, food was sparse. Syrup for waffles tasted spoiled.
