My bathroom smelled like urine. There was a clump of hair in the bathtub drain and almost every piece of equipment in the gym was broken

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire property is disgusting and NOT CLEAN. They do not clean the rooms. I am not even convinced that the sheets had been cleaned. Will never stay in a choice hotel ever again. I reached out to the company and let them know they needed to go out to this property and see what was going on because it was appalling and dirty.

Our room was filthy, the floor wasn’t swept and there was candy on it. The bed skirt some sort of sauce on it. The hotel didn’t have anything but soda for sale and complimentary water with lemons in it that was sitting out all day.

The front desk person said maybe a total of 5 words, our room had so much damage and of course i took photos for proof, stained couches, no extra towels at the pool. Any time a door opened or shut it would slam our door and the peoppe upstairs were up being loud all night.

Only if you have to

The floors were dirty and not mopped in the 3 days we were there. The gym eqipment was all broken and not useable, most of the weights were missing. There is supposed to be oatmeal for breakfast but there was none beause "no one ordered it" This hotel is ok if you want something cheap in all regards
