The room wasnt too bad, but we only a small roll of toliet paper so i went and asked for some but was given a box of kleenexs and told they would find some toliet paper and deliver to the room...next morning asked again and for 2 washclothes because we had none in our room was told only housekeeping could get me some they would have them deliver to our room, but bout an hour later i found housekeeping and ask for myself and finally got them. With this being a place that Mayo clinic patients stay it would be helpful for the desk to have some toliet paper handy for patients that are having colonoscopy or problems in general just incase which we were. Luckily it wasnt a hugh problem for us but it came close.

The hallways were musty smelling. The room was decent but several towels and the bath mat were taken by housekeeping the first day and not replaced even after asking. Breakfast was decent but gluten free options are limited to yogurt and peanut butter. The pool water was foggy so I didn't try it out.

Great staff. Room was great and on the first floor as requested. It was also connected to Famous Dave’s restaurant to eat at. Pool was a good way to recover from a long trip in the car.

When we checked in, we waited for almost 20 minutes as there was no one at the front desk. Once staff arrived he was courteous and got us checked in quickly. We got assigned to a room that had not been cleaned, which was a little frustrating after waiting so long to check in. However, we called the front and staff promptly brought us new keys for a different room and apologized. Hotel was decent but could use updating. Room was clean but beds and pillows were super uncomfortable. We saw the same staff member we waited on upon check in leave the building several times to sit in a car in the parking lot and smoke...maybe they're to short staffed to give proper breaks. Not a horrible stay but probably wouldn't recommend either.

Very courteous staff, clean room, quiet hotel. Famous Dave's is literally attached to the hotel, so you have access by walking in, or by ordering through room service. The water pressure is very good, and the bedding is high quality.
