Everything was really great, clean room and comfortable beds, room had all the amenities. Free breakfast was excellent -so many choices we were surprised. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Received 2 texts asking if everything was to our liking. We forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste and they gave us those. We didn’t go in the pool but it looked very nice. The only complaint was our room was across from an ice machine so that was noisy and There were people in the hallway making noise st night but that wasn’t the hotels fault. Overall, an excellent stay and we couldn’t beat the price. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Loud!!

Check in staff were friendly on Jan1st at 4pm. The night was stayed, the hotel was basically empty. A small number of cars in the parking lot and half the building was dark from no occupancy. My family and I (kids aged 9 and 6) were in a connecting room beside another family. This family was LOUD. Constantly in and out of their door slamming it, every 5mins for hours. Loudly talking on the phone, music, the TV. It was awful. We had the worst sleep. They went until about 3am. Why were we crammed in when the hotel was empty?
