The bed was a hard as a stone. The room was small and the AC did not cool the room all night. For some reason there are motorcycles with excess noise for several hours. I have stayed in other hotels in Rochester by Mayo Clinic and the same motorcycles noise has been happening for the past 4 months. It is very annoying it is not the hotel's fault but police should patrol and ticket that annoying show off.

Lots of construction around the building. You can no longer walk across to Mayo Clinic. The elevator does connect to the Mayo subway system. The hotel also has Mayo wheelchairs on hand. They offer valet parking. Parking is expensive. Keep this in mind when comparing costs. Construction is noisy during the day. It is a 5 year project. Restaurants on site are fantastic, as is room service. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The parking here is full all the time. We checked twice today and were unable to use the hotel parking. This is the first time this has happened to us here and I know that it is due to parking garages being torn down around Mayo, but I know that the hotels knew this was coming and should have made a plan where hotel guest would have had parking spots. We carried our bags 3 blocks. We come here every month but we will not be staying here until this is fixed.

Staff was friendly, the pool was awful 😡 massive clumps of human hair in the deep end clogging the drains. Our toilet kept running after every flush. And the shower had mildew/mold around the shower door. Parking wasn’t included and the hotel charged me over 75$ for 2 days to park. Will not stay again and will not recommend unless someone needs to be extra close to the hospital.

Parking was absolutely insane. You have to find your own spot in the downtown parking garages (which were mostly full) and then carry everything back to the hotel as you walk clear back.
