The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. There was no blow dryer in our room. I feel like your toilets are much too low to the floor, I have had 2 hip replacements and it was very hard for me to get up. I guess I should have requested a handicap room, but I don't like to take those if I don't have to. I did enjoy the spa, but there was a bottle cap in there and some other foreign object. over all it was a nice place to stay and the kids had so much fun in the pool. Thank you!

Our beds were dirty on Check in they moved us to another room. Top comforter had stains and there was poo splaters on the wall under toilet paper and back toward back wall.

Checking that the remote actually works should be on the cleaning staff checklist everyday. Upon arrival it did not. Went to front desk and got a different remote. Didn't work. Went to front desk a second time and the clerk had a 3rd remote that she put fresh battteries in and that worked.

I will be honest the hotel is a little on the older side, but still very clean and comfortable, close to shopping and restaurants. Where I was over impressed and over joyed was what happened after I checked out and got home 3 hours later. I realized that I had forgotten a bag, I called right away in a panic and the receptionist assured me that housekeeping found my purse, the next day the Manager called me, we verified a couple things and after his shift he went to the shipping facility and within a couple days I had my bag back! I was never so impressed by the quick and reassuring response from all the employees at the hotel!!!! Couldn’t have been happier with how they handled my situation. 👍
