The house is old and sweet, however the kitchen was dirty. The cooking equipment pots and pans were very old and not clean.the beds were comfortable but the pullows were very old and lumpy. I would stay here again, but would bring my own cooking stuff.

Disappointed for the price.Pros - great layout for a family, dog friendly, kitchen fully stocked, hot tub was wonderful, fire pit with lots of camp chairs, comfortable and large sectional in the living room and lots of sand toys provided. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the short walk to the beach. Large garage with foosball was a hit. Cons: the house would get really hot and the upstairs windows were broken in the loft area: when you slid them up to open them, they would slam back down (extremely heavy) and they came right off the track - which is extremely dangerous on a two story home with 3 small children. There was an old rusty fridge sitting on the side of the house and on the same side, on the ground laid a large gutter that had fallen off of the house with HUGE nails sticking out of it, all of the windows were covered in spider webs throughout the house and several had no screens. There were lots of spider webs throughout the house inside as well and daddy-long-leg spiders in the bathrooms and bedrooms. If you had the windows open in the two downstairs bedrooms, every time someone would shower, a smell of septic would fill both bedrooms. I am not sure if the bed sheets were actually changed because they were wrinkled and I found an empty zip loc bag underneath one of the pillows. Around the house had not been mowed in quite some time, and there were tall weeds everywhere. The carpet in the house was super stained and had chunks of “stuff” stuck in it.

The positives: Check in was easy, layout of house is awesome, lots of room, close enough to the beach to walk to and you could hear the waves from the house, hot tub was great, surface level clean, quiet neighborhood, and more! But… the yard needed mowed, there were cobwebs everywhere inside and out, shower faucet in the upstairs was not attached to wall and shower head was so short we bonked our heads (we are not tall), one bedroom had really bad pet smells, main bathroom smelled so bad and had poop on the wall, upstairs open area windows would stay up, and a few other minor things. The place really needs an update and a deep clean!

Oregon Coast Trip

The property was a little dated, but had all the amenities. Great location with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The hot tub wasn’t completely clean, and the towels and some of the kitchen supplies looked like they needed replacing. The sheets also were a bit scratchy. It was good for 2 nights, but I might pick somewhere else if staying for longer.

Not handicapped friendly.

As with most rentals there are several remote controls for the TV system. If you are not tech savvy and push the wrong button, you're frustrated enough that you can't make it work which causes you to call the rental help number, at which point the rudeness about policy makes the situation worse. If you like old style beach houses, which I do, this works well. Floors slope in many different directions, furniture just might be the most uncomfortable in any rental I've ever stayed in. The beds made up for it. They were great. Long walk to the beach, but you can hear the surf. Hot tub was functional, not very clean, no bromine/chlorine in the float. Very quiet neighborhood in October. Over priced from what I've rented before. Will not return.

Clean and well appointed

We enjoyed our stay at this property. While it is a little worn at the edges, it is well appointed and has many great features including space for us to spread out, a nice open floor plan for socializing, a hot tub, and quick proximity to a wonderful beach. We would definitely stay here again. The house could use some new cookware and knives, but we will bring that ourselves next time. Thank you so much for a great day!

A few missing things

The house was the perfect size for our group of 5 adults. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to the beach. The house could have supplied more dish washer detergent and toilet paper. We ran out by the end of our stay. We didn't find any type of instructions for the house. Knowing what was recyclable, how to work the tv/remotes, and what was required for check out would have been helpful. Most importantly the power went out due to a wind storm. We couldn't find any emergency supplies such as working flashlights, candles, radio, etc. These are all minor things, but submitting suggestions that came up.

Comfy house close to the beach!

The layout of the house was perfect for our large family, and we enjoyed the hot tub, foosball table and fire pit all 9 days of our trip. The house is located on a nice quiet cul-de-sac, and is a short walk to a beautiful beach. A very comfy family beach house.

Not what expected

Walking into the place you immediately get a wet dog smell, I know it’s dog friendly but there was nothing done to help with the smell. The place was also so dirty when we arrived. Mold on the kitchen skin, hair around the sink in the bathroom, dirty bed sheets, dust everywhere. Over this place was not worth the money from being so far from the beach, not being cleaned, not having propane that works for the barbecue, and the owners not responding to messages.

Good stay!!

We had a wonderful weekend with 9 people and two dogs. Although the house could use some updates such as new shower heads it is overall a pleasant stay and the new owners have replaced mattresses so our sleep was better than expected. We had stayed here two years ago and we're very pleased with the updates that has been done. Good supply of pots and pans although there was no oil.

Roomy but pricey

The house had enough room for us and we love Nedonna beach, however for all of the extra fees we paid it ended up being three times more a night and definitely not worth the extra. For the extra Covid-19 cleaning the house wasn't as clean as I would expect. Everything is a bit run down and worn for so many extra fees. Definitely worth the original per night price.

Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach.

The house was very clean and only a couple of blocks from the beach. The kitchen was a lot smaller than I expected and was a challenge to cook for a large group. Other than that it was great! The management company for the house was wonderful! We will work with them again.
