This beautiful brown brick townhouse built in 1928 combines the area's history with every amenity expected in today's modern home. Upon entry, you will notice the shiny new appliances reflecting off the original solid wood floors.
If you're a traveling professional, in town for a sporting event, or visiting friends and family nearby, this is perfect. It is just renovated, with solid granite countertops, brand new Samsung appliances, pot pans utensils, a stocked coffee area, large television, and high-speed internet. If you need anything else let us know.

The Entire apartment is yours
Laundry Facility is downstairs (this does requires stairs)
There is a park down the street

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is quiet and filled with a combination of young couples, singles, and retired Rockfordians.
The streets are usually occupied with someone walking their dog, or the occasional bicyclist.

Getting Around:
There are Sidewalks leading to anywhere you'd like to visit.
Most guests use a personal car or taxi service.
There is a dedicated space for parking in the rear. Anywhere along the street front is available as well.

Other Things to Note:
There is a small landing that requires two steps up.
Some additional notes and a Welcome packet should be on the counter.
