The room had a good air conditioning and the bed and pillows comfortable. There was a bit of dust especially on the old aircon but we felt it was value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful.

OK but could use some improvements

The park is in a nice location but we encountered several issues. There was no wifi in the cabin. Air con didnt reach the bunk bed room when the door was closed so it was stuffy in there at night. Bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable. No salt and pepper packets provided. Gardeners did noisy work in the morning. Upon our arrival our air conditioner did not work and we were told there would be linen on the bunk beds, and there was not. However these last two problems were promptly fixed by staff.

The grounds were lovely. My family loved the birds and turtles. In saying that, there needs to be upkeep in cleanliness as there is a lot of bird poo on outdoor furniture. Our cabin also needed some repairs.

Perfect quiet location, cabin was excellent and great value for money. Stayed 4 nughts, thought about extending thats how good we enjoyed our break. Will stay here again without an issue
