I would recommend you fix the stove in the kitchen, add towel holders and small trash cans to all of the bathrooms. The pier needs to be leveled and straighten. It would be nice if you put small notes to label the switches and a note to hold the handle down until the toilets are completely flushed. The house is perfect for a large group and we all appreciated each bedroom having a bathroom or access to a bathroom nearby.
