Originally a living quarters for quarry workers, the home maintains its rich local history, while the interior has been thoughtfully updated and furnished for 21st-century living. A network of wooded trails accessible behind the house offers a chance to explore Rockport's many quarries. Front and Back Beach are both just a short walk from the home and you'll also be right around the corner from Granite Pier - an ideal spot for ocean vistas and fantastic stargazing opportunities. The MBTA train station is less than a mile away. Historic towns, museums, and incredible beaches throughout Cape Ann are all within a short drive of home.
The inviting interior is well-appointed for family-friendly living. Highlights include an immaculate full kitchen, ample seating for all your guests, a smart TV, and a large deck for outdoor entertainment. Mini-split air-conditioners are equipped throughout and the whole house is also fitted with a water-filtration system. An electric vehicle charger is also available for added convenience.
