Not a Good Experience

When we arrived one a/c unit in house was not working. There was an awful smell down the hall to the three bedrooms with no air. We called and Hector arrived and couldn’t fix the unit. He offered us another house but it was not big enough for us all to be together. This is a once a year trip for our family and the point is to stay together. We were told a maintenance man would be there Sunday. He could not repair the unit. We made the best of the situation and tried to be understanding. We were given a 200.00 refund for our troubles or so we thought but it turned out we had to book another 1000.00 trip to get the refund. This is not a refund just a scam! We will definitely not be staying here again!

Long weekend Get away

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great porches all around house. Easy access to water and boat ramp. Plenty of room for large family.

First time with VRBO

The family were all pleased with the home and our stay. It was roomy, clean, and met our needs. It was easy access to the lake as well as surrounding activities. The only down side was the house was advertised to have 6 bedrooms. There are 4 plus a sleeper sofa. Our host, Hector, quickly responded with a hide-a-bed, and air mattress. This solved our sleeping issue. Throughout this engagement, Hector, has been quick to respond and answer questions and keep us informed. We would stay here again. Karolyn Scheneman
