You'll love to stay in this comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a spacious terrace and the sea view in the small town Razanj.

It's located on the first floor of the private house and beach is just 2 min walking from the apartment.

Apartment itself is comfortable with spacious terrace with the sea view.

Terrace has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast or diner with a nice view to the sea.

Living room has a LED TV with satellite channels, air-condition unit and optional extra bed sleeping one person.

First bedroom has one comfortable double bed and second bedroom has two cozy single beds.

Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

You can also use outside fireplace in the yard of the house with agreement with the owner.

You can also use our yard of the house.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

We can provide you an iron and ironing board.

We can also provide baby cot and high chair, but please ask in advance.

You also get a parking spot , Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Everything Razanj has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment – beautiful beaches, restaurants, caffe bars…

**** House rules:

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace.

It’s also not suitable for pets, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Except that - just enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its terrace.

Outside fireplace and yard of the house can be used together with guests of our other apartment.

You will also get a free parking spot in the yard of the house.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Razanj is a small town situated in a bay 11 km southeast from Rogoznica and connected on its south side to the village Stivašnica.

Traditionally, Razanj has been fishing village, and at early 70s of the 20th century started to develop tourism.

Since it is in distance from the main road (6-7 km from the main road in Podorljak) and protected by hills, village Ražanj retained its quiet Dalmatian atmosphere.

Tourists have at their disposal a large selection of beaches: the largest number of beaches are rocky areas covered with concrete terraces

In the town center there is a market, café bars, restaurant, information center which is located next to a small open market with an offer of fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh fish.

Above the village, there is a hill Movar whose peak offers wonderful panoramic view of the sea, islands and wider Rogoznica area. On Cape Movar there is a votive chapel of St. Anthony built at the end of XVIII. st. for rich fishing catch.

Chapel can be accessed by the land along the gravel path as well as by the sea.

For active holiday, there is a bike trail, and in the neighboring Stivasnica there is a sports court for basketball and football, and boccia court.

From Razanj to Rogoznica (2 km by the sea), during the summer season there is a regular daily boat line.


**** Getting around:

Bus station and supermarket are 800m away.

Nearest beach with crystal clear sea is just 2 min walking.

Supermarket is right next to the house.
