Modern, comfortable and quiet. Room was very clean and well appointed. Refrigerator, espresso machine, tea pot, hair dryer and a decent sized tv with quite a few channels, although most were in Italian. The staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and spoke fluent English. Security measures are very good. The room card is required to use the elevators, access the room and activate room lights and HVAC. There are many security cameras and a safe in the room. Air conditioning was excellent as it was 33 and 34 for a few days and we were comfortable. I was initially concerned about location, but not to worry. The hotel is right across the street from Tiburtina FS. From there you can catch a train, the Metro blue line (subway) a bus or taxi. Buy a metro pass (7 day is just 29 euros per person in 2025, but there are lesser options) and hop on and off the metro train and buses at your leisure. This was easily one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. Highly recommended.

I loved being greeted by the friendly staff whenever I entered the hotel. The rooms had great amenities, and my dining experience at the restaurant was superb. The food was fabulous, and the service was excellent. I also enjoyed the hotel’s proximity to public transportation. I look forward to my next visit.

I like that it is clean,quiet, and best of all short walk to the transportation! Breakfast is okay. I wish there's different things atleast every other day. Room is very clean with comfortable bed. Staffs are very nice. Marcela, the girl who assisted us on our check in is very nice. She had given us tips on directions to get to the attraction places that made it easier to go around Rome. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay!

Very straightfoward place. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location across from the train and area is pretty safe. Didn't look for any trouble and none was found. Restaurant inside hotel was great. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Made the whole trip even better and with less worry to enjoy the trip instead of logistics.

Great property, right next to the train station although we took cabs everywhere. Andrea at the hotel bar is a great person as well. We would get drinks at night and he would give us some helpful tips for our time in Italy. Would come back here again!

I loved staying at the Addesso hotel! I will choose this place again if I ever get the chance to come back to Rome. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with the person that I was traveling with, and had to vacate the room and although they took her word for it and disarmed my key to get back in the room, when I came to them with my problem they rectified the situation the best way that they could. I am so very appreciative of the staff I give this hotel 5 stars!rating!!!helpful.

The hotel is located in a prime area for accessing public transportation without too much noise. It is clean, food is great and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful always providing tips that made our stay very delightful. I highly recommend this place. Should we return to Rome, this will be where we will be staying.
