The apartment in the annex was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The staff were very helpful—suggesting a cab app, recommending restaurants, and responding quickly.

This is by far the best place we have stayed at in Rome! We were 4 adults and 1 child, and the apartment was so big, clean, and included breakfast, which was just a bag of bread in the morning. This building has a small elevator, but it was a huge plus with all the luggage we had! The apartment was cleaned every day, and the entire staff was amazing! We had issues with the shower heads and the boiler, but it was out of their control, and they were in the apartment within minutes to try to fix the issue. And they were so nice and tried their best! I would absolutely recommend and come back!

The apartment was great for 5 people, one of those being a kid. Two bathrooms, 4 beds one being the sofa bed, which was good, the bottle of wine was such a nice gift. The stairs were a bit of a pain, considering there is no elevator with all of our luggage, but we loved it and have no complaints. It was beautiful and very clean. The communication with the company was great, they were incredibly nice, would recommend, and come back!

Martina at the front desk was wonderful she made our stay she was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The location was good and the bed comfortable, shower was small but tall enough for my husband. The location was a bit of a challenge to find late at night but Martika came through helping us. We would stay again!

Great find close to most of the big attractions and the train station. The staff was very helpful and the place felt super safe. We dropped our luggage off before we were able to check in when they had a bathroom with a shower available for use which was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delivered fresh daily. We were always looking forward to what they were going to bring the next day! It was our honeymoon and they treated us with a bottle of wine which was wonderful! The elevator is tiny but that is just how they are in Italy.

The Aenea Inn had everything we needed for our holiday in Rome. The location was ideal - central but quiet, with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and other amenities close by and most of the main tourist attractions within walking distance. Our bedroom was spotless and well appointed, with a great view of the church tower next door from the window, and the breakfast (delivered to our room at around 7 am) was delicious. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful - Simone deserves a special mention, as he stayed to check us in even though we arrived well after 10 pm - and the secure luggage storage area was a bonus as it allowed us to make the most of our last day in Rome after we had checked out. Overall highly recommended - we would definitely stay again.

Really nicely updated guest house, high ceilings, very tiny room, nice bathroom. Breakfast is not really a hearty breakfast though - some pastries by the door (a doughnut, a tomato bun and a doughnut), small yoghurt in the fridge, juice, and small cookies. Very nice receptionist. They hold your luggage for you for free and let you check in early. Good location, nice street. You will have to get to the third floor though. Thin doors, let through all sounds.

We had an amazing experience at this guest house. Staff super friendly, rooms were super clean and it came stocked with water, juices, yogurts, coffee pods, tea... everyday we would find a cute basket with pastries hanging outside the door. The location is so convenient. 10 min walk from termini station, walking distance to most attractions and tons of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, including a supermarket a block away. It was so much nicer than staying in a big hotel chain. The place is so charming. Would definitely stay there again when we have a chance to return to Rome.
