A completely renovated apartment (loft style) at the last floor of a XVI century building with a great
view right in the historical center of Rome,
at walking distance from world-known Piazza Navona. It has
a bedroom, a living, a kitchen (50 m2) and it is quiet and sunny with wooden beam ceilings and
parquet floors.
It is fully equipped with air condition and heating, wi-fi connection.
There is no elevator. We require a minimum stay of 3 nights. The check-in is between 2 pm and 8 pm. For
late/early arrivals there is a surcharge of 25 euro.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It's just as photographed; living area w sleeper couch on one level, sleeping area and bathroom upstairs in the loft area. We appreciated being able to check in a little early.The location was fantastic for our group... many shops, restaurants, and sights are nearby.As mentioned, the apartment is on the top floor; many stairs are rewarded with a pretty view.There is not a washing machine in the unit; that feature should be removed from the listing.
