We booked a double room very last minute when I realised that I’d stuffed up my dates & we were in Rome a day earlier than expected (bonus!) The staff WhatsApp’d me to confirm everything straight away & provided very helpful details on how to find the hotel. The room was comfortable & had everything we needed for one night, & the location was fantastic for exploring. But the thing that stood out was just how lovely and how helpful the staff were! I highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel! It is beautifully decorated, spotless, clean, and the staff is amazing. The location couldn’t be any better! It is so close to everything… Stores, famous landmarks, and all the places that we had to meet for our tours. It was just an amazing place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it. If I return to Rome, this will be where I’ll stay.

Room and entire hotel smelt good but maybe too overwhelmingly good. Smart & simple room design and pretty bathroom, only I think there was a toilet plumbing issue as it would just constantly make a little noise. Navigating our way to the hotel wasn’t too difficult as we were given thorough instructions via WhatsApp. When we lifted the bed sheets towards the light, we could see some sort of dirt inside the covers. The TV worked just fine and we even watched a series on Netflix, although lagged a little due to WiFi connection issues Right in the city of Rome so easy access to all the places you want to visit.

Don’t let the outside looks fool you - this is a wonderful place to stay. Very accommodating to us and so friendly. We were centrally located in the city with easy access to cabs and bullet train. Delightful restaurants within walking distance.

The local of this hotel is absolutely perfect - especially if you are only staying in Rome for a couple of days. It’s situated exactly in the heart of the busy shopping centre and it is so easy to get to from all the key tourist stops. The staff were so welcoming and helpful with great communication before during and after our stay. The room was very small, but beautifully decorated and the bathroom was spotless.
