As a solo female traveler, I was concerned about walking around the Rome termini station late at night. Then it is a convenient location if you would like to be close to the train station. Staffs were friendly and respectful: . Marco was especially attentive and helpful. A good solid hotel!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My family arrived bout 5 hours before check-in and the staff, especially Adam, worked exceptionally hard to get our rooms ready so we only waited 1 hour. The location is perfect for sightseeing. All the major monuments and attractions were walking distance.

A few minutes from Termini station makes it a great location for travelling around Rome easily. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We have a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful and responsive to any requests me or my family had. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the termini which in itself is great. The tour buses park right outside the hotel and we were able to do a hop on hop off tour. The hotel booked our transfer to the airport on departure.
