We spent 2 nights in this apartment on the last 2 nights of December. The apartment was very cold at night and although we contacted the staff several times, they did not do anything about it. The temperature in the room must have been around 19C so when we were in the hotel we had to stay in bed under the covers to get warm. This is not acceptable. The wifi was very flaky and did not work well either.

The location was perfect, only steps away from Rome Termini, and the room was wonderful! Very clean, large room with comfortable bed. The staff was extremely helpful. I cannot wait to stay again! Thank you for helping make my first time in Rome a truly memorable experience.

Great location - you get what you pay for

We got what we paid for: convenient location by Termini station, clean rooms although a bit noisy as we were right beside the lifts. Area was ok for the convenience factor. Only questionable part is that the water temperature for sink and shower changes from ok to cold to hot with no warning. Seems like an old pipe issue as no one was flushing the toilet

처음에 후기도 별로 없고 리셉션도 없다고 해서 걱정하며 갔습니다. 체크인 할 때 직원분이 밑에 계셨고, 메신저로 필요하거나 질문할 거 있으면 금방 답장해주셨어요. 매일 하우스키핑 잘 해주셨고 음료와 물이 처음에 공짜로 제공되었어서 좋았어요. 커피랑 과자는 계속 채워주시는 것 같습니다! 떼르미니 근처라 교통도 편해요. 방이 좁진 않지만 그렇다고 엄청 넓지도 않아요. 2명 쓰기 적당합니다. 엘레베이터가 좀 옛날영화에 나오는 것처럼 생겨서 무서웠는데 숙박하는 내내 잘 타긴 했어요..ㅎㅎ 단점 너무 안 쓰면 광고같아서 열심히 생각해봤는데 딱히 생각나는게 없어요ㅠㅠ

The hotel does not have a sign , just a small sign at the door bell. It would be hard to find. Further it is not a hotel as it does not have lobby or front desk. The lift is very small fir just fit my husband and I with two our aces luggage. But it is very conveniently located. There are many restaurants all within walking distance. The host is quick to respond my requests.

It was for a night stay, wile getting a transfer to the Airport. Great location, 7 minutes walk to the central station. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Depends on the last location of the room, internet may be accessed. Quality for the price is justifiable.

This property was perfect for what my husband and I needed. We had less than 24 hours in Rome so we didn't want to lug our bags too far away from the train station. Very easy for our departure early in the AM. Check in went perfectly, very clean room, quiet, dark and safe. Really liked that you had to 3 locked doors to get into your room (main entrance, floor, and our door). About a mile or so walk to check out the sights but we knew that going in. Would stay again.

チェックイン方法を事前に丁寧に教えていただいたため、スムーズに部屋に入ることができました。 アパートの入り口は少々わかりづらいですが、地図通りの場所のドアを確認すると看板があります。 部屋はとても広くて清潔で、日当たりも良かったので気持ちが良かったです。

Massimo is a charismatic individual who greeted us at the door despite pouring rain. The location is proximal to Termini. The hotel is the 2nd floor of a building. It’s not at first obvious which is the right entrance so Massimo’s presence really helped. The room was lovely and more spacious than basic - did not feel claustrophobic at all. The bathroom was basic and had a sliding door which helps with space utilization. There are basics within the room (tea, coffee, kettle, water). Communication with Massimo prior to arrival and during stay was excellent. We would consider staying again.

Excelente apartamento.

A nossa estadia no Bloom Apartment by La Griffe foi incrível. Nos surpreendemos com a qualidade da cama, travesseiros e roupa de cama e banho. A limpeza impecável e o chuveiro esplêndido! O atendimento do Massimo e da Paola foi incrível, nos ajudaram em tudo. O hotel só possui sete quartos, intimista, sendo que todos os dias efetuavam a limpeza e deixavam capsulas de cafés e alguns petiscos. A localização é ótima, muito próximo à Estação Termini e de restaurantes. Fizemos nossos passeios à pé. Recomendo Bloom Apartment by La Griffe e quando retornar à Roma não exitarei em me hospedar novamente.

Schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man steht über WhatsApp sehr einfach in Kontakt. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.
