Hotel staff were really welcoming and helpful Room was clean but because it was small, there were lots of chips and scuff marks on the walls and the fittings (eg: lights) were damaged so just needs a refresh. Great location

The rooms here are quaint, the roof bar lovely and the location good but don't stay here if you want a hot shower. No hot water first night - complained. Told it was the boiler and it had been fixed. Next day - no hot water again. Complained and was told it would be "looked at". No apology. No reduction in charges. A hot shower is a pretty basic hotel requisite so I was not happy.

We absolutely loved this area in Rome! Been to Rome before but first experience in this quaint area. Loved it. Just fabulous. Walkable to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff was top notch!

I traveled with family and we stayed at this hotel for nearly a week. We enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the convenience of the location and the lovely rooftop terrace. The staff helped inform my decision on a day trip by train to the beach and their guidance was excellent. Would stay here again!
