Absolutely recommend staying here when in Rome

Stefano was wonderful. He contacted us when we first booked to provide us with resources for our visit. At check-in, he gave us a map and tips for great restaurants, gelaterias, shopping spots, sites, and walks around the area. The room was extremely comfortable, and the ac was excellent. The hotel is outside the main tourist area, which gives a nice relief from the crowds, but is still walkable to major sites.

We enjoyed the quiet, local neighborhood. Our hosts recommended several excellent options for food and activities. Our room was cozy, clean, comfortable, and affordable, and the hosts were flexible when we needed to add an extra day to our stay. This is an excellent option for those looking for quiet comfort without unnecessary frills. I liked the mini fridge stocked with waters and a prosecco, and the vintage furniture. Also our hosts had a stack of maps of the city which they marked up with their recommendations which was super helpful in finding our way around the city. When we come back to Rome, I hope we can stay here again.

Comfortable stay in a quiet and safe part of town. The location was within walking distance of all areas of Rome that we wanted to see on this visit. Staff was so helpful in suggesting interesting locations to visit and providing suggestions for airport transportation that we decided to stay here an extra night. Would definitely stay here again.

Stefano and Francesco are very accommodating property hosts. Stefano responded to my emails promptly and provided links to tours and travel. He also made sure I had two beds in our room since I was traveling with my grandson. Francesco met us on arrival and provided further information indicating for us on a map where to go for our tours and places to eat. A delicious blueberry cheesecake pie was a nice welcoming gesture. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. The beds were comfy and there was good water pressure for our showers. It felt very homey and we were very happy with our stay.

Cassiodoro 19 was a wonderful stay. Stefano and his staff was attentive and responsive and the facility was very clean and welcoming. It is located just about 10 minutes walking distance to Vatican City and is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting or enjoying excursions there. Highly recommend this place and would stay there again without hesitation.
