Valoisa, funky, tyylikäs délabré 3 makuuhuonetta / 2 kylpyhuoneen asuntoa noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asemalta ja 2 korttelin päässä punaisen linjan metroasemalta Piazza Vittorio, Rooman etninen vuosineljännes. Neljännessä kerroksessa on hissi, WiFi, AC, pesukone, täysin varustettu keittiö. Kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet.

Domus Picta on ainutlaatuinen, tyylikäs ja tyylikäs huoneistohotelli. Se oli aikoinaan tarkoitettu taiteilijan studioon, joka pyyhki huolellisesti alkuperäisen sisustuksen seinät. Maalauksia ja huolellisesti käsin poimittuja huonekaluja, jotka parantavat huoneiston virtausta. Neljännessä kerroksessa pääsee helposti hissillä. Siinä on 3 suurta, valoisaa, viileää ja hiljaista kahden hengen huonetta, kaksi upeaa kylpyhuonetta suihkulla ja avoin olohuone, jossa on täysin varustettu keittiö, oleskelualue, johon mahtuu 8 henkilöä Wifi-yhteys ja ilmastointi ovat kaikissa huoneissa. Emme tietoisesti lisänneet televisioon huoneistoa, koska ajattelemme, että huoneisto on niin viehättävä ja kaunis.

Yksi tämän huoneiston ainutlaatuinen piirre on 1800-luvulta peräisin olevat alkuperäiset maalaukset.

Sijaitsee lähellä Rooman suurinta hedelmä- ja vihannesmarkkinaa ja Piazza Vittorio -metroasemaa, se on hyvä paikka jollekin, joka haluaa helpon pääsyn Terministä, kaupungin keskustasta . Rooftop Terrace Radisson -hotellissa voit nauttia cocktaileja suoraan huoneiston takana. Lähin pysäköinti on Via Giolitissa, muutaman metrin päässä talostasi. 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Piazza Vittorio Emanuele 106. suosikkibaarini "GATSBY", superverinen Mary!

We had a great time in Rome and the apartment was in a really good location. We could walk to practically everything. This is a large apartment and was plenty of room for 3 adults. Costanza was very helpful upon arrival. She even helped us arrange for airport transfers. This was close to grocery stores, the train station, and the Colosseum.

The space is located just a short walk from the train station. Our host arrived shortly after we did, and was very friendly. She shared a map of the area with some recommendations. She also shared with us the story of the artworks in the apartment that were created by various members of her family. The space is lovely, with comfortable furniture and many plants, which added to the comfort level. The kitchen was well appointed.

A most enjoyable stay in Roma

Photos are true reflection of this rustic Italian feel apartment. It was very quiet, comfortable & we enjoyed the space. Location provides great access to the Roma Termini and metro. The area has a more local feel, with local cafes, restaurants, supermarkets n food market easy to find n close by. We felt safe in the area and found it to be a great base. Costanza was very accessible & helpful during our stay.

Authentic Italy

If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience, this is your place. It has an "old world" feel with modern amenities. It is also within walking distance to many of the places you will want to see while in Rome. Costanza was very helpful! She booked a driver to pick us up from the airport and gave us tips on where to eat, how to get around, etc. She even met us later (after our stay) to return an item we left in the apartment. We had an all around, excellent experience.

A perfect stay in Rome

The property was an absolutely beautiful converted art studio which helped us get into the spirit of Rome. The location next to the train station was easy for luggage, and the sights were a quick lime ride away. Costanza was an excellent host, giving us many tips on where to go for food and gelato which all turned out to be absolutely fantastic! We would definitely book here again and highly recommend!

Close to everything!

We found the flat very comfortable for our group of 4. I appreciated the amenities provided like spices, oil, etc for cooking. While o reserved for 3 people and we arrived with a 4th, we were charged an extra $80 for the 4th person. None of our other VRBOs did that, so not sure about that one. Very close to the colosseum and other points we planned to visit.

Overpriced near Termini

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment looks great in the photos, but it isn't. It's distinctly tatty and has seen better days. Our check-in didn't go smoothly - we were kept waiting for 30 minutes for the host to turn up. In the apartment itself multiple lights were not working, there was no WiFi, no TV, no tea towels. And we were asked to leave a tip for the cleaner despite the €100 cleaning fee ! The neighbourhood itself is far from salubrious. Not recommended

Great location

Costanza met us, introduced us to the apartment's features and took us for a coffee to share details about the area and Rome in general. We loved the neighborhood where the flat was located. There were restaurants, shopping, a park, coffee bar, the train/subway terminal, and large fresh food market all within short walking distance. The apartment was roomy and comfortable and just as described. Wish we had been staying longer!

Good location to Termini!

Easy access to metro and Termini Station. Costanza very responsive to correspondence and letting us know cafe and grocer (open market was amazing!) locations as well as sights to see. A couple of suggestions to be more user friendly would be more toilet paper, and making available paper towels and napkins.

Girls Trip to Italy

Myself, my sister, and my adult daughter enjoyed the start of our Italy trip at this property! We enjoyed meeting with Constanza, who provided us with excellent information and steered us to the best meal we had in Rome! The beds were so comfy and the AC was a nice welcome from our tours during the hot days! We loved the apartment and the cute details. It was fun for us to get in extra steps with using the stairs and/or using the tiny lift if we were too tired. The super close cafe provided delicious cafe and cornettos and was our favorite start to the day. The location to the Termini was very nice as well as the metro station and both enabled us to navigate Rome easily. We highly recommend this fun apartment!!! Thank you so much Constanza for your recommendations and welcoming hospitality!

A great stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights before heading to another location, and it was perfect for us. We loved the kitchen area and all the rooms were very comfortable. It was great to have 2 bathrooms, though the shower in the bigger bedroom was much nicer. The elevator was broken during most of our stay so that was a bummer but out of the hosts control. We enjoyed our time here!

Constanza, a proprietária faz o check-in e explica tudo. Fomos no verão, apartamento perfeito para isso, fresco e bem arejado , ares condicionados nota 10. Sala e cozinha lindas e bem equipadas. Um chuveiro funciona bem, outro nem tanto. Wi-Fi rápido . Perde pela vizinhança pois está em uma área perto da Termini um pouco mais suja, mas bem segura.

Rome Family Vacation

Apartment is great, with excellent air conditioning, which was vital as it was 95° everyday and we're Americans, so, yeah. Neighborhood is a bit grimy but very diverse with some great author restaurants. Location for family turned out to not ne ideal because it's too far from tourist attractions, but that's our fault, not the host's, who is responsive, helpful, and yet non-intrusuve. Really beautiful apartment.
