Average B&B based on what I have experienced in Italy. Apartment is tiny and dim, no screen on windows but no mosquitoes either. Small water heater can stores enough hot wafer for 2 showers. Yellow spots visible on blankets. "Breakfast" consists of pre-packaged pastry and bread.

Could not have asked for a more gracious host and absolutely wonderful room and location. Very close to restaurants and the colosseum. Our host was always available to answer any questions and also sent us a full itinerary of suggestions for tours, sites, restaurants etc. Being that this was our first time, their suggestions were super helpful!
