Welcoming, friendly staff. Immaculately clean. Great breakfast buffet. The terrace which looks over a park is a lovely, peaceful place for breakfast or a drink in the evening. Close to bus and metro and local bars and restaurants. The hotel seems to have been an older people's care home so grab rails in the bathroom and in the corridors, and very high toilets. The bathroom configuration was very weird - had to put feet in shower cubicle when sitting on toilet. The bed was very firm which was fine for me but may not suit others.

Very nice staff, good breakfast. Room was a little warm for us- but that seemed to be true everywhere we went in Rome in March. I don’t think that is unique to the hotel.

사실 5성급의 비싼 호텔이 아니였어서 기대가 높지 않았는데, 기대 했던것 보다 호텔은 아주 깨끗하고 직원들도 아주 친절 합니다. 그리고 주택가라 저녁엔 조용 합니다. 여러버스와 지하철 등 교통도 아주 편리합니다. 그리고 슈퍼는 걸어서 한 7분 에서 10분 거리에 몇군데가 있는데 가격도 저렴하고 좋은 상품이 많이 있더군요. 로마에 가면 또 여기에 지내고 싶어요!!

Our accommodations were just what we were hoping for. The hotel was (very) quiet and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous at all times. From check-in, to check-out they were very helpful in answering any and all of our questions. Breakfast was nice break from the traditional American 'Continental Breakfast'. If plans take us back to Rome....we will definitely be staying at Hotel Delle Civette again
