The staff was very helpful. The hotel has a great location near the train terminal, restaurants and a very walkable neighborhood. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were problems flushing the toilet. Also, the room safe is not attached or bolted on the wall.

Room was very clean, and the receptionist was very accommodating. But the mattress was hard as a rock and I couldn’t sleep all night.. the hotel should invest in new mattresses because having a good nights sleep there was impossible.

Upon check in the lady doing the check in was very welcoming and kind. The owner was present and complained about us paying the city tax by card. Be prepared with cash if possible. The room was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was terrible. Very poor water pressure and the removable shower head no longer stayed up.

The check-in is on the third floor. There is an elevator, but when you have luggage and lots of people, it takes a while to get everything upstairs. Also, the room was incredibly small, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom had a odor about it. On the plus side, the room is extremely clean. Even in the bathroom, though there was a distinctive odor.

Close to train station. Basic hotel but with nice touches like kettle and cups, fridge in room, toiletries. No breakfast though but lots of places to eat nearby. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Left our luggage as we arrived resent. When we went to check in and collect our key, our luggage had been taken to our room and tidily stored. Would definitely stay here again as most monuments etc are within easy walking distance.

The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. I like the location. I made the reservation 30min before checking in. Online it only showed a room with bunk beds was available. At check in I asked if there was a room with a regular bed for my husband and I. I was told there is a room available but they couldn't give it to me because I needed to call beforehand... I would have paid the difference if needed but it seemed they didn't want to make adjustments with customer.

Toilets didn’t work. And we needed to keep the bathroom fan on the entire time. Beds were among the worst. WiFi was a problem at first, but we were able to resolve it.

There was a fire in the floor above us in the middle of the night. The whole floor was filled with smoke. Someone in another room woke everyone up, and when they tried to pull the fire alarm, it didn't work. After finding the source and telling us it's ok, they sent everyone back to their rooms but I left and found another hotel. No emergency services ever came. I was going to give them a one star review before this, so it's bad. Don't stay there.

The location is the only good thing about this place right next to Roma Termini. But honestly, this was one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment we walked in, the entire building reeked of sewage, and the horrible smell stayed all night long. It was absolutely unbearable. In the middle of the night, the water stopped working completely no shower, no toilet, nothing. To make it worse, there was nobody at the front desk. They had given us a phone number “in case of problems,” but nobody ever answered. Not even once. They just handed us the key and disappeared. The hotel was filthy, smelly, and completely neglected. The service was nonexistent. I’ve stayed in many budget hotels before, but this one was by far the worst. I would never go back and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even for one night.

Vicinissimo alla stazione Termini. Camera pulita, peccato che gli scarichi del bagno emanavano cattivi odori che a folate arrivavano anche in stanza. Per il resto stanza provvista di tutto il necessario (clima, frigo, bollitore, TV). Comodi i materassi. Titolari non parlano italiano.

O hotel foi muito bom no geral. A recepção foi acolhedora e as pessoas bastante receptivas. Houve uma pequena demora na chegada, mas bastava contatá-los pelo WhatsApp para que estivessem disponíveis. Mesmo sem falar italiano ou inglês, a equipe foi muito solícita nas informações. O quarto estava limpo e cheiroso. O chuveiro não era tão bom, pois não fixava bem e a água era fraca. Ainda assim, pelo preço, valeu a pena.

O quarto era limpo apesar das obras no prédio, o banheiro deixou a desejar. Box com cortina rasgada e curta que inundava a cada banho, tinha que brigar com a descarga para que funcionasse. A funcionária que nos atendeu no check in foi muito atenciosa.
