Customer service was impeccable! Front desk staff were always cordial and offered to secure transportation or offer dining recommendations. Stefano and his team provide efficient, delicious breakfast service with a smile. Marco offered great conversation and drinks in the evening, and the custodial team kept our room spotless and well stocked, even leaving nice notes for us. We loved staying here and are already planning our next trip, this time with all of the extended family. Speaking of family, this is exactly how the staff at Hotel Barocco made us feel. We definitely recommend!

This hotel is in a great location we walked 6 min to get to Trevi Fountain, it is quiet and the breakfast was incredible!!! best coffee and service. The staff is always available and helpful, taxi stop is just across the street or the Lobby staff will call a taxi for you which it arrives in 1-2 min. This was our first time in Rome and we will definitely be returning soon with our child. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful, comfortable and friendly Hotel. Thank you Barocco staff for giving us such an amazing service!

The moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt relaxed, welcomed and that we had chosen the perfect place to stay for our trip to Rome. Nothing was too much trouble - the staff were all friendly and accommodating - we couldn't have asked for more. We are so glad we chose Hotel Barrocco for our stay in Rome. The staff was more than wonderful at the front desk, in the dining/bar area, and all the general services personnel. The Hotel Barocco in Rome was such a delightful experience. We were treated like royalty from the second we arrived. Check-in was smooth. Our room was perfection, and they even welcomed us with champagne on ice and the cutest little note congratulating us on our honeymoon. The service here was impeccable from the always helpful lobby receptionists to the amazing restaurant staff. Stefano and his entire team in the breakfast dining area were truly a dream to experience in the mornings. They not only took excellent care of our breakfast, but they were also consistently providing professionalism, and seamless fantastic service. The staff truly added to the hotels positive vibes, and pleasant ambience. We can honestly go on and on about the Hotel Barocco. What a wonderful experience, and can’t wait to return.

Hotel Barocco is a wonderful and charming boutique hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming, the breakfasts are wonderful, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel location was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay, Grazie!

Beautiful stay. Boutique like hotel, right in the city center. Walking distance to a lot of the main historical sites. Customer service was phenomenal and everyone was very welcoming. I would stay here again!

We liked our room, with a view over Piazza Barberini. Some of the main tourist attractions were within easy walking distance and Metro, buses and taxis were all available on the door step. However the room was noisy in the early hours of the morning due to deliveries to our hotel and others on the square of laundry, supplies etc. Warmth from the reception staff and high level of service from the all staff during our stay was superb. My wife and I were sad to leave but will certainly return. Would highly recommended this fabulous hotel.
