We were in the annex of the building, not what I was expecting when I made the reservation. It worked for the 2 nights we stayed but I would ensure that my reservation was in the main building for future stays.

This property was in a perfect location and walking distance to the comman areas. To the coliseum, nice and close travi fountain and Spanish steps around 20-30 min walk but lots of food options along the way. Clean area and yes party across the road at the pub area. All in all a nice location and clean place.

Very good hotel. Excellent professional staff. Location 20 meters from metro. Lots of bars and restaurants. Small bar near fountain just round cirner from hotel was only 9 euro for a large wine and beer. Sorry xannot rember name but it only has a few chairs and tables inside most people meet their to stand outside or sit at fountain.

Loved everything about the hotel!

Since the moment we got to the hotel they were very friendly , the hotel is pretty , the room was super spacious, was well located you have the coliseum at 7 min walking and I can write many more good things about this place , if I come back to Rome I’ll stay here for sure

Close to colosseum and there are restaurants and cafes near the property. The room was clean and spacious for two adults and two children. My one recommendation to the property is to provide a 110 plug in the bathroom. It would be useful for travelers from countries that use that currency.

This is a great little hotel. It’s situated a 5 min walk from the colosseum and 1 min from the metro. It’s a great place for families - the suites have two separate beds for kids so works really well for a family of 4. The breakfast could be better but there are also lots of cafes nearby so it’s not the end of the world. One point to be beware of - there are two bars opposite the hotel and on a Friday night they are quite loud until 12am, but then it dies down. Overall would highly recommend.

Staff was always friendly and welcoming , we had the morning breakfast 4 days out of our 5 days stay in Rome and it was fantastic ! Area felt safe and the hotel was clean and comfortable and with the window shut it was very quiet . Hotel was 2 min walk to metro and 10 min walk to Colosseum! Overall a very pleasant experience !

This place made our first night in Rome easy and relaxing! It was conveniently in the middle of walkable streets filled with shops & dining options. The staff were very helpful & nice. The room was spacious and the shower was larger compared to our other stays and made it so worth the stay! We would recommend this hotel to friends and would stay again in the future. The location was great.

Nice place to stay

Staff was really friendly and gave great local restaurant recommendations. Hotel is clean and centrally located. Not the most comfortable I've ever stayed in, but not the worst either. I would return here again.
