I booked this property specifically because it advertised WiFi in both rooms and public areas. That was a complete lie. The WiFi in the room was basically non-existent. We reported the issue on the day we arrived, but no one on staff could (or would) help us during the entire stay. If you need WiFi, a peaceful night’s sleep, or even the slightest bit of support from hotel staff, do not book this hotel. I regret wasting my money here.

Had to change rooms twice .. Staff is very stiff , if you ask to many questions they get annoyed , call down stairs they give attitude . First time in Rome , don’t know if i did something rude but average 2-3 stars not even close to 4-5 stars . Area is very nice tho !

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It’s near the Trevi Fountain and many other attractions, but we struggled to find good places to eat. The bathroom needs an update. Overall, I rated it with a 4 because of location and other reasons above.

Property is outdated (yes Rome is old), however amenities and overall facility condition is in need of refresh/renovation. The hotel staff are wonderful, though the complimentary breakfast was somewhat cold/room temp at best (eggs, bacon, etc. all cold). Very convenient location, central, but a little bit left to be desired.

There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. More like negative 4. Property covered in mold. We booked two rooms. Both are in terrible condition. Complained to staff, they offered us other rooms that were in same or worse condition. Pictures speak for themselves. Requested refund and went to another hotel the same day we checked in. Took Expedia two weeks to refund because hotel disputing condition. Expedia didn’t compensate for the inconvenience in any way because they said they got me a refund on a non refundable booking. Poor customer service to a Platinum member.
