The hotel is located on the 5th floor with a very small elevator servicing all guests of all the other hotels in the building.

To start off with the positive, the property is super close to the metro. This allowed for smooth transportation which was great. They also held our bags early so that we could explore the city while waiting for our room. However, this property portrayed itself to be a stand alone hotel on Expedia and it is not. It is on the top floor with one small elevator in the property. The room that we received was not what was advertised online and when I brought it up to the concierge I was told there was really nothing they could do about it. Although I am grateful for the complimentary breakfast, they could’ve kept it. The croissant was cold and hard. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for more than one night. If you would even want to do that.

My bathroom smelt and they didnt have anyone to freshen it so they gave me cleaning materials to clean it myself. They offered to change my room for the second night which I agreed to, but at night it was noisy because I could hear people handing in and collecting keys. I thought they would put me and my mum in rooms next to each other but they didn't. My mum was on the first floor and I was on the 4th and then the 5th floor on the second night. Breakfast was basic but on the second day we had to ask for a knife to cut the croissant and we also had to ask for spread.

I can’t say enough about the staff and service at this hotel. Everyone we interacted with was phenomenal. That being said, the facility itself left a lot to be desired for the price. Wouldn’t stay here again but only because of the condition of the property.

Nice hotel everyone was helpful. Breakfast is room service, it is coffee, tea, juice, croissants, delivered to your door at the time you ask. Nice and clean really good hotel I would stay again.

Great location, close to the train station, and within walking distance to everything in Rome. The room was small for a double, but we didn't spend much time in it. The window view was not great. The breakfast was limited, but it was a nice grab and go. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Bed was not good, cheap and uncomfortable.

Fab stay

Our stay was an absolute delight! The hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk from Termini station, made exploring Rome a breeze. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. John, Antonio, Alfredo, and Irene, who took extra mile to guide us. Highly recommended, we can't wait to return

The staff is AMAZING. Informative, kind, understanding, full of care. They treated us like they would their own family. Truly meant the world to us. This place was GREAT and affordable! Hotels location is perfect near termini and surrounded by great places to eat; close to great sites to see; Staff was very friendly and they make their bedt effort to satisfy your needs. Only observation is that they should do more preventive maintenance in the room ie: bed gad a hole at center, heater didnt heat; chair top dirty from long time use; shower doors didnt block water from splashing floor; toilet flush buttom protector falling down when used.

I was not excited about this property. It is located on the fifth floor of a building that houses other smaller hotels. The room was very small and we could barely walk, let alone sit on the toilet. The hotel staff was pleasant enough and conditions in the room were not filthy. So, it seemed like there was an effort, but the property itself is simply below average. I smelled cigarette smoke coming from one of the rooms when i was there, a real turnoff. This hotel is suitable if you were traveling alone and need a place to sleep one night before catching the train at Termini, which a few blocks away.
