Hotel Navona excedio nuestras expectativas!

Estamos muy felices de haber encontrado este Hotel en Hotels.com. Es una maravilla escondida en el centro de Roma cerca de la Plaza Navona. El edificio era clasico pero las habitaciones eran muy modernas, confortables y limpias. El desayuno estuvo excelente y Enrico nos hizo sentir como en casa, nos dieron indicaciones excelentes para transporte, restaurantes donde cenar y nos dejaron guardar el equipaje el ultimo dia antes de irnos al aeropuerto.

The best Hotel for your stay in Rome!

What an amazing GEM this hotel is!!! The location is exceptional, total Center of Rome experience with walkable distance to important landmarks. The building is remarkable, the rooms are modern but also the details on the ceilings have the antique touch. And the friendliness and care of the staff have left us wanting to come back and recommend to all our friends and family to come and enjoy their stay in ROME here at Hotel Navona.

It was a good location

I had high expectations due to the amazing reviews. But we encountered a few problems. When we arrived we were told we were upgraded and to come back at 2pm check in time. When we came back we were told maintenance was in the room maybe painting and needed another hr. An hour goes by and we asked what was next, the receptionist called maintenance and they just gave us a different room. This whole process was confusing and after 30hrs of travel we just wanted to shower and lay down. No issues after that until day 3 when we came back to the room one afternoon the whole room reeked of dirty mop water or mildew. We were certain it was not outside and never found the source of the problem. The rest of the stay was tainted by the smell. Other than bad smell and confusing check in process the staff was kind and the location was amazing.

Disappointed with size and location of my room. Steep staircase which led to an attic like room. Very small. Claustrophobic. Bed was comfy. Receptionist was not friendly or welcoming. She constantly spone over the other reception personnel. Disappointing experience.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Excellent location, so close to Piazza Navona & the Pantheon & so many restaurants, caffes, and shops. Clean rooms. Depending on your room, there may be stairs, so let staff know if you have mobility issues. Good breakfast. My whole family enjoyed our stay & we would definitely come again!

The staff was so inviting and helpful. Claudia was super welcoming and made sure all our questions were answered and we were ready for exploring Rome. The room was great, clean, comfortable bedding. Location was perfect for being right at food and shopping between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona while being on a side street slightly out of the hustle and bustle. Also, great tiramisu shop right at the hotel entrance.

This hotel is everything you need for a stay in Rome: clean, perfect location, and the friendliest staff! The rooms are small and amenities are bare, but it’s perfect for exploring the city all day and getting a good nights rest.

Nice large appartment with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Excellent location by piazza Navona. Loved it. The main space serves as a living room could use some cozier furniture. Excellent choice for a family..

Delightful and central

The room was small but it was the economy room and so it was expected. The service was friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is incredible. So easy and convenient to get to all the major sites you would want to see. It also has so many different restaurants right on it's door step. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff, all of them were just lovely and helpful. One member at the front desk, Enrico was sooo incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. He couldn't have been more helpful. Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel. It was top notch.
