Hotel pre-arranged our transportation from the airport and to the cruise terminal. Areas seem to have lots of graffities in the surrounding buildings, but it is safe. closer to subways station, bus stop is around the corner, excellent restaurant nearby and groceries, excellent free breakfast. Towels are small but good enough. Busy street and a bit noisy, but with windows close, it's ok.

Disappointing Experience – Breakfast and Stay Ruined by Poor Treatment I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. What should have been a pleasant breakfast turned into an upsetting experience. After my companion and I had already sat down and started eating, we were abruptly asked to move to another table to make room for a large tourist group — many of whom were already seated when we arrived. Being asked to get up mid-meal was completely unnecessary. It made us feel like our comfort as individual guests didn’t matter compared to the group’s convenience. We chose this hotel for 3 reasons, location to station which turned out to be very difficult with luggage as it’s uphill, breakfast which was mediocre compared to the other 4 hotels we stayed at during our travels and airport shuttle which is basically front desk calling a taxi for you. Also rooms are not insulated and we could hear neighbours. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This was a great stay, a little outside the craziness of Rome but close enough to walk to Vatican and the sights of Rome. Taxi to and from city if not willing/able to walk was $18-$22. Staff super helpful with setting up airport shuttle, breakfast was full variety and rooms very comfortable.

Booked room baded on Expedia reviews and comments. It was a standard hotel with no amenities. Located in suburb area. Its Rome so walking to ruins and sights is easy but this hotel is not really located very near
