I appreciated the beautiful marble stairs every time we walked up and down. We were on the 4th floor so lots of stairs. Not the hotel’s fault but construction noise and garbage removal woke me up anytime from around midnight to 2am. It was extremely loud The lobby’s appearance disappointing. It could really use a tidy and updating.

I like the hotel because is close to Metro and Termini too. I didn’t like it because I’d booked my room several month in advance. I wrote a message letting them that I arriving soon. When I get there to check in at 3:20 PM the room wasn’t ready. I have to wait almost 1 hour to get into my room. I think this was the last time I book this hotel. 👎

It’s in a good location, about 10 min walk from Termini, and 5 min walk to Basilica Papale Santa Maria Maggiore, with lots of good restaurants and market options in the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very dated, offers min amenities and soundproofing rooms could be improved as we were woken up very early every day with people walking outside the room even though we had a loud fan app to block external sound

Great for a no frills landing spot after travelling into Rome. Very comfortable room for our family, and grateful for the cot for our baby. Very warm service on check-in and appreciated help getting luggage to our room.

It’s limited space, it is a bit cramped, bathroom is narrow but AC works, housekeeping was available, and front desk are able to get you beverages if you’re willing to pay extra. It was a convenient and safe location.

This hotel was exactly what I needed. It was my first night in Rome after a long flight and I just wanted somewhere near the train station to sleep and be ready to meet my friend the next day. It is not a fancy hotel and my single room was very small, but it had everything I needed -- a good bed, a small but nice bathroom, a frig, tv, air conditioning, and even a nice view of the opera. It was a 6-block walk from the traini station and in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.
