The room had wood floors and trim. There was a well appointed closet, desk and mirroir. The barhroom had a large mirroir and a hair dryer. It was a very pravtical room.

Friendly cockroachs visite my room. Try to take pictures with but a bit shy. Really enjoyed the moldy fragrance in the hotel, nice touch. Air conditioning is very weak. But I think it's just a lack of maintenance on the system, nothing serious. For some reason, there was molding detached around doors. Great experience! Thanks.

After visited in over 30 countries , I can confidently say this one is the worst I've ever encountered. The only redeeming quality was the friendly night receptionist. The hotel's issues were numerous: - Infested with ants - Safety concerns due to its location - Dirty and poorly maintained, unlike the pictures suggest I strongly advise against recommending this hotel to families or anyone seeking a comfortable stay

Just outside are creepy people at night. No a/c. No hot water. Hole in floor of room. Shower curtain clung to me as I showered.

The hotel’s location was perfect; walkable distance to almost all of central Rome, and a handy 2 minutes walk to Termini station for other destinations. Sadly I found the noise from the street at night, and from other guests in the morning, to be loud and a disturbance. The room itself was basic; which I don’t usually mind, however this felt very ‘tired’. Some of the lamp shades were missing bulbs, and not all that did worked. The door frame was beginning to peel away from the wall, and some corners of the room had cracked in the wall. The bathroom wasn’t entirely clean, with hairs from previous guests stuck to the walls, and scattered across the floor. As a solo traveller, I didn’t feel comfortable asking for maintenance or cleaning services during my stay, as I was leaving some personal belongings in the room while I explored the city. If I were to return to Rome in the future, I will likely look at alternative hotels in the same area.

The hotel is in a great location—just a 3-minute walk from Termini train station, which was very convenient. We stayed on the first floor and did notice homeless people sleeping outside. It wasn’t ideal, but we just kept the windows closed and it was manageable. If you're staying for 2 to 3 days, it’s fine and practical. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay. Have to give the room keys to the front desk each time you leave and that's due to security.
