It's a hotel that feels as if it used to be an apartment building. No nearby amenities. Although our room was better than expected, because we had expected 2 beds in one room, we actually go a one-bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room. The pull-out wasn't very comfy however, and my roommate ended up just putting the couch cushions on the floor and sleeping like that. The place had a full kitchen but absolutely no cooking devices like pots, pans, coffee maker. Although there was a wonderfully helpful young man who spoke perfect English who made us coffee, no charge, in the lounge area. So a bit of a mixed bag here.

My girl actually stayed here as I arrived 12 hours later. She said they took good care of her. The place was very much off of the beaten path. I noted a more Italian VIBE. There were restaurants about, they open and close on Italian time. There was parking, not the easiest to use. People were polite to me no issues.

Property is close to the airport. In a quiet neighborhood with some restaurants near by that are walkable. Room and bathroom were clean. Front desk provided transportation in the morning which was nice and convenient.

Would not stay here again.

The facility was in a neighborhood with nothing to do around it. It was very old and looked and felt like a military barracks. The bed was miserable and the pillows were even worse. We arrived to early to check in but was able to leave our luggage there. They put it in the dining area in a corner. They said they would place it in our room when it was ready. Since they were going to do that we took a taxi into Rome. When we arrived back at the hotel at 10pm our luggage was still in the dining room and it was not in an area that was even being watched. You have to check in by 11:00 or you are locked out of the hotel. The balcony was larger than the room but there were no chairs to sit on. The AC didn’t work. Oh, neither did the fridge. The shower leaked and the front desk staff were rude!

The person I spoke to on the phone was not able to give either good directions or a good explanation and advice on transportation options - and hung up on me. Lousy customer service in that respect. The Facility itself was lovely, and we were treated well while we were there.
